We a team of 4 had been to 5OAK Bunglow, Mahabaleswar on 8th and 9th September,10. We hired two rooms in 1st floor. The Bungalow is situated in a very nice place from where you can have a descent view of mountain and valley. The Bungalow is well maintained. Ground floor rooms are better than the 1st floor rooms. Rooms are neat and clean. Room rent is very reasonable. Care taker Mr Gaikowad is a nice person and we were well attended by him. The foods are very costly. On 9th during day time we have placed order for two plate rice, two plate dal fry and two plate Alu sabji with 4 pcs papad and one plate salad. The have charged Rs.500.00.During night time we have asked for 10 chapati, two plate dal fry, two plate sabji (cabbage) with 4 papad and one plate salad and the cost was Rs.500.00. Food was very testy and adequate for 4 person. Overall experience was very good and really we enjoyed.

1. The Car & the driver very good. The driver's safe driving skills were very good, he was courteous.
2. The hotel in Delhi was not upto the standard. In fact its just a guest house than a proper hotel. There were some plus points also .. the staff were helpful, the
location was right in the middle of congested shopping area, which was good in terms of safety/ shopping & restaurants nearby.
3. Hotel in Agra was excellent. Hotel in Jaipur was also good.

The experience was very pleasant. The Hotel Royal was good. Rooms though medium, were clean. Hotel staff was very efficient and well mannered and food -- especially the food was exceptionally good. Overall my I would rate my experience as excellent and would recommend this hotel to others who want to visit Matheran for a short trip,
I would also like to appreciate your staff Ms Preeti, who was very responsive and helpful.
This was my first experience with Sam-San Travels and I was pleased with the reservation process which was smooth and hassle free. Only one point I wish to mention is a bit of confusion when one wants to make net payment to your account and the bank site says that they have no such account ? I think it has something to do with the account name. This may create some kind of apprehension with users and I would suggest that this issue is sorted out from your end asap.
I will definitely come back to Sam-San Travels in future.
